What prior attendees have to say:
“Liz’s presentation changed the way I think about exercising. I had no idea it is more about training the brain to allow the body to do new things. I learned to be more cognizant of my body when I operate so I can have a longer career." - Lisa Sene, Steadicam Operator
"Our jobs are so physical and this information is so fundamental for long term health and injury prevention. Those who did not attend have no idea what they are missing and how much they need this!" - Jendra Jarnagin, DP
"I highly recommend this event to meet with Liz Cash and learn about how to take care of your body while doing the incredibly physically demanding job we do. I've been getting trained by Liz for about 4-5 months now and she's done wonders for my operating, and allowed me to take on jobs I wouldn't be able to do otherwise." - Tom Wills, SOC, Steadicam Operator
